A woman from Australia was left with a face ‘like a rectangle’ following a cosmetic procedure. You can watch the video of her revealing her new look to stu-nned friends and family below:Sofia Marroquin shared the video on TikTok, where it has been viewed 3.6 million times, with many people asking why the 19-year-old underwent the procedure.
In a subs-equent video, she explained that her rectangular jawline was ca-used by temporary swe-lling following a ‘Kybella treatment’, whereby inje-ctions are used to reduce fat under the chin. She said: “Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn’t purposefully make my face look like a rectangle.
“I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People te-nd to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area.
“Mine was really fa-tty covering up my jaw so I just wanted to remove that fat – just a little bit – just to make it look a little better. That’s all. It’s still really sw-ollen and really nu-mb.”Sofia spent $500 AUD (£277) on four vi-als, which she said was an ‘amazing price’, and she is still waiting for the swe-lling to fully go down before she can as-ess her final result.
Speaking to LADbible, she said: “I’m almost back to normal! Still a little bit sw-ollen. I should be getting results soon!
“I knew it would swe-ll up but I didn’t know it would be THAT bad! I sca-red myself when I looked in the mirror.”Another unexpected outcome of this procedure was Sofia’s newfound viral fame, which caught her totally off guard too.
She said: “I was very surprised, I never expected it. I gained 20,000 followers in three days. I honestly just expected my friends to see it!”Well, millions of people have seen your rectangular face now Sofia.
